Our In-Studio Services
We offer 60- and 90-minute sessions in our spacious studio at the Bush Street Wellness Center in Southeast Portland. With ample room to move, this space is ideal for Structural Integration sessions.

“Techniques and modalities featured in my work include myofascial release, deep-tissue, neuromuscular techniques (Trigger Point, for example), joint movement, and movement education. In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am a Structural Integration Student Practitioner (see my FAQs page for information about my continuing education in Structural Integration). My approach is a collaborative one and I will typically ask for movements from you throughout the session. I look forward to working together to bring you more ease!”

A one-hour massage is the perfect amount of time to focus on a particular region, to help support and maintain the work you’ve previously done, or to tackle long-term goals in shorter increments. The full price is what you see below:

90-minute massage
90-minutes is the perfect session length when you want the treatment to extend to the entire body, or you want a deeper dive into several difficult areas. The full price is what you see below:
90-Minute Massage: $140
